Our Machines :
We have a wide range of processing and finishing machineries capable of processing material up to 25 mm in thickness and fulfilling even intricate sheet metal design with very tight tolerances.

Shearing Machines
As conventional as the process is, these machines are still one of the most cost effective in sheet metal linear cutting. Up to 3 mm thick and 3000 mm in length of material can be cut with these machines.
CNC Laser Cutting
The most sophisticated machine which latest type is the first acquired in Indonesia by PT SIER. It is capable of practically cutting at ease any material up to 3000 x 1500 mm in size, up to 25 mm in thickness. Since no punch nor dies are required, almost any profile can be machined in a relatively very short time, making it extremely suitable for producing prototypes. Edge quality is excellent and normally does not need extra finishing work.
CNC Punching
This versatile machine is one of the most cost effective for small to medium batch production. The punching head is able to rotate at 360 °; thus can practically follow any contour required and can process material up to 3000 x 1500 mm in size, and 6 mm in thickness. It is also capable of forming and tapping operation.

CNC Press Brake
For precise bending, our press brake is capable of bending material up to 6 mm in thickness and 3000 mm in length. Its computer controlled system does not only provide consistent quality, but also ease of set up and high reproduceability; thus increase the efficiency and most importantly reduce cost.
Wide Varieties of Press Machines
For medium to large batches, these machines are suitable for producing parts in a very cost effective manner.
MIG/MAG, TIG, Arc, Spot, Stud Welding Equipment
Our wide array of welding equipment is suitable to weld many materials, from mild steel, aluminum to stainless steel.
Powder Coating Lines
Two independent painting lines with overhead conveyors boast large capacity and produce superior finishing quality from ordinary wet painted products. Powder coated products do not only yield thicker finish (80 µm) but also provide better scratch and corrosion resistance.
